This deck includes some highlights of my social posts and ghostwritten blog writing for a client during my four-year tenure as a Social Media Content Strategist/Analyst at a pharmaceutical digital marketing agency.
Highlights and accomplishments:
- Wrote about 70 posts that played an integral role in growing client Facebook audience to 85K+ followers in 6 months
- Brainstormed, researched, conducted influencer outreach and interviews, and developed over 100 articles for a weekly ghostwritten client blog highlighting a niche community.
- Wrote up to four social posts to promote each blog article on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (now X).
- Conducted SEO keyword and audience trends research to fuel ideas for a client blog serving a niche community. Leveraged research and insights to develop more than 30 informative, tip-based articles.
- Conducted content and engagement analysis, identified trends, and proposed strategic and tactical changes. Presented findings to the client and social media team in monthly engagement reports.
- Selected as social media lead to curate, collaborate on, and develop content to assist with agency recruiting efforts. Responsible for Twitter content strategy and scheduling 10+ posts a week using Spredfast.
- Developed informative content for pharmaceutical digital marketing agency clients; broadcast on a variety of social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, and ghostwritten niche blog.
- Collaborated with social media team, account managers, and client to produce strong content designed to drive visitor engagement and awareness for disease state communities.
- Coordinated editorial calendar to resurface previously published content and scheduled weekly content to multiple social channels via Spredfast content management system
